Help Me Grow Partners

Help Me Grow is an interagency effort of the Minnesota Departments of Education, Health, and Human Services, and their local programs to identify young children with developmental delays or disabilities for intervention services.


Help Me Grow Partners

Help Me Grow helps to identify young children who may have developmental delays or disabilities by partnering with parents and service providers who work with young children. Partnerships include:

  • Education
  • Public health
  • Human services
  • Health care such as primary care clinics, birthing hospitals, specialty care clinics
  • Early education including preschools, child care, Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE), Head Start and  School Readiness Programs
  • Agencies for homeless families
  • Agencies for immigrant families
  • Advocacy organizations for children with disabilities
  • Child welfare agencies

  • Income
  • Immigration Status
