As a professional, you must refer a child to the child’s local school district if you or the child’s parents are concerned about any aspect of a child’s development, if a child’s screening indicates concerns, or if the child has a confirmed diagnosis that is likely to result in a developmental delay. You may use the Help Me Grow system to make a referral.
